Hireframe is hiring a Customer Service Representative (English) to support small business owners and resolve inquiries for our gym management software. You will communicate primarily via email, as well as chat and phone, and collaborate with the engineering team. This is a remote position.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, with most requests via email.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product.
- Become an expert in the gym management software.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on software issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English speaker with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in a customer facing role.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Ability to quickly learn complex software products.
- Comfort working remote.
Team & Environment
You'll join a company team of 20 people as part of a team of 6 representatives. You will answer directly to the VP of Customer Success & Customer Support Team Lead.
