Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to client inquiries via email and portal in both English and either French or Mandarin
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, focusing on urgent and time-sensitive requests from English and French/Mandarin-speaking clients
- Provide compassionate assistance and coordinate solutions tailored to customer needs
- Keep customer data current and accurately recorded for consistent service delivery
- Address client issues professionally and efficiently, using clear communication and problem-solving in both languages
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships through proactive and positive interactions
- Ensure every customer interaction results in full satisfaction by going beyond basic expectations
- Log all communications and case details following company protocols, including data privacy standards
