Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by answering questions about IDT products and services
  • Open customer accounts to review their information and provide needed details
  • Maintain customers' records by updating account information
  • Solve product or service problems by addressing complaints or comments
  • Clarify customer issues and determine the cause of problems
  • Select and execute the best resolution
  • Act as ambassador on the phone, spreading the word and recommending potential products or services
  • Be an advocate and the voice of the customer to management
  • Provide feedback on improvements needed
  • Collect customer information and analyze customer needs
