Responsibilities
- Assist customers by answering questions about IDT products and services
- Open customer accounts to review their information and provide needed details
- Maintain customers' records by updating account information
- Solve product or service problems by addressing complaints or comments
- Clarify customer issues and determine the cause of problems
- Select and execute the best resolution
- Act as ambassador on the phone, spreading the word and recommending potential products or services
- Be an advocate and the voice of the customer to management
- Provide feedback on improvements needed
- Collect customer information and analyze customer needs
