Responsibilities
- Manage accounts to provide information, clarify details, and ensure records are accurately updated.
- Identify the root cause of issues and execute effective resolutions for customer complaints.
- Act as the "voice of the customer," providing feedback to management to help improve our services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- English proficiency at 85% or higher.
- Schedule flexibility and ability to work on-site in Zone 4.
- Professionalism and a positive, people-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
- A proactive team player who takes ownership of their work.
Nice to Have
- Previous customer service experience is preferred/desired.
- Strong computer aptitude, documentation skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent phone, email, and chat etiquette.
