Bond is hiring a Customer Service & Personal Security Agent (Bi-lingual French & English) – Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class care and support via video, phone, email and chat to our members as they have inquiries about our product and services, billing, general use, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze inquiries and member support requests to quickly choose the best solutions and solve problems thoughtfully
  • Respond to various security situations and coordinate appropriate responses.
  • Provide a meaningful user experience and ensure the safety of the company’s clients by listening to their needs in any situation they are in.
  • Exercise judgment and professionalism in responding to inquiries and choosing the best solution.
  • Document, process, record and report information in verbal, written and electronic form, either in real-time or post-incident.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Representative and above all, a passion to help others
  • Experience in customer service, security, or another role requiring interaction with customers
  • Effective communication, including the ability to listen and communicate clearly.
  • High computer skills
  • High energy, high attention to details, process oriented, and professional.
  • The ability to pick up on auditory cues with varying rates of volume intensity.
  • The ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to accurately read and quickly respond to computer-generated data and readouts with variations in color and refresh rate.

Nice to Have

  • Experience doing media work and video editing capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Fluent in a third language (preferably Spanish or Hebrew).

Work Arrangement

Hybrid — Tel Aviv

  • Work in a shift-based environment, including nights and weekends
  • If and When working remotely, you will need the following: High-speed, wired internet (minimum download speed of 150 Mbps for individual use, or 300 Mbps if shared) A quiet, well-lit, professional workspace with a neutral background (gray or white) Desk space for a monitor and laptop
  • Bond will provide IT equipment after onboarding
