Repwest Insurance (a part of U-Haul family of companies) is hiring a Customer Service / Lot Attendant

U-Haul Holding Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Lot Attendant to join our team in Bozeman, Montana. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and managing our rental equipment. This role offers on-the-job education and is the foundation for career growth within our family of companies.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to process rentals and manage inventory.
• Move, hook up, clean, and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer customer questions and educate them on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install trailer hitches and wiring.
• Fill propane (certification provided upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Technical Stack

• Smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rental and inventory management.
