  • Maintain Active Directory, support network connectivity, and configure local and wide area network services.
  • Monitor ServiceNow incident tickets, ensuring strict adherence to business processes and proactively reporting any discrepancies.
  • Navigate a dynamic work environment requiring both sedentary and active elements, with careful handling of electronic components.
  • Apply debugging protocols to quickly resolve customer-identified issues.
  • Handle equipment logistics: returns, deployments, unboxing, inventorying, and verification.
  • Physically capable of managing demanding tasks: lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, climbing, and moving through facility spaces to access and repair equipment.
  • Remain mobile and active throughout the work area for extended periods.

  • No overtime authorized, including during surge capacity periods.
  • Work-related travel expenses are paid out-of-pocket and reimbursed weekly. Per diem for meals and lodging provided based on GSA rates.
