Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional manner
- Use authorized tools and knowledge bases to deliver accurate information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Follow established protocols for account management and service requests
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Adhere to scheduled work hours as agreed upon
- Meet performance benchmarks related to quality and responsiveness
- Escalate complex issues according to defined procedures
- Document interactions accurately in required systems
- Stay current with product and service updates
- Communicate clearly and courteously with all customers
- Adapt communication style to meet diverse customer needs
- Complete required training modules before handling live interactions
- Participate in periodic performance reviews
- Uphold service standards set by client partners

Technology Requirements
- Minimum 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed
- Computer with Windows 10 or later, or macOS 11 or later
- At least 8GB RAM and 250GB free storage
- Chrome or Edge browser, latest version
- Wired internet connection strongly recommended
Onboarding Process
