Responsibilities
- Assist customers fluent in German or English through email, live chat, and phone support
- Collaborate with team members to achieve high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
- Translate marketing materials and customer feedback surveys into the local language as needed
- Handle customer account inquiries and management tasks
- Adhere to company guidelines on player security, safeguarding, and responsible gambling practices
