Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions with professional courtesy, delivering exceptional service according to client-specific guidelines.
- Record each customer's inquiry details into a database.
- Verify customer information, making corrections and updates as necessary.
- Listen actively to identify chances to provide extra information, ensuring both the caller and client receive the best possible service experience.
- Follow up with callers when needed.
- Use statistical contact center data to enhance performance.
- Conduct outbound calls for surveys to obtain client-specific information.
- Adhere to shift schedules and work hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to operate a computer, use internet search engines, and navigate multiple windows or tabs.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must pass pre-employment criteria testing and an internet speed test.
- A closed, secure workspace free from distractions.
- Must have a non-cellular high-speed internet service such as fiber, DSL, or cable modem for a home office.
- Must meet the program's minimum internet speed requirements.
- Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet are not permitted for this role.
Nice to Have
- Prior call center or customer service experience is highly desired.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
Other
