Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing client correspondence through phone and email with prompt, solution-focused responses.
- Provide in-person clients with information about services and guidance on preparing for projects.
- Monitor ongoing projects within PLM, TEM, and IAQ units requiring login access or client updates.
- Open incoming shipments and record sample receipt accurately.
- Enter and maintain current client and project details in LIMS and CRM platforms.
- Work with lab and operations teams to address client questions and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Support administrative duties as required.
- Contribute to team objectives across departments as needed to support organizational goals.
