About the Role
You will manage customer programs after sales, working closely with internal teams and account managers to ensure successful delivery of complex projects for automotive and enterprise clients. You will act as the customer's advocate within product units, drive project execution, and support innovation in navigation and mapping technologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee post-sales operations and program delivery for automotive and enterprise customers in Japan.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure deliverables meet or surpass customer expectations.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time and within financial constraints while meeting complex client demands.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, partnering with account managers to resolve escalated issues.
- Create and execute detailed project plans aligned with quality and budgetary standards.
- Lead cross-functional coordination meetings, capturing key decisions and aligning engineering and product teams.
- Promote effective risk management, stakeholder engagement, and best practices in program execution.
- Serve as a liaison for senior leadership, fostering collaboration and a customer-first mindset.
- Represent customer needs within product development teams, tracking project progress, operations, and delivery timelines critical to client success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience in software development lifecycle processes.
- Minimum of five years in project or product lifecycle management, with emphasis on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Solid understanding of trends in the automotive and enterprise sectors and their strategic impact.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is mandatory.
- A proactive, results-driven, and adaptable professional with a hands-on approach and creative problem-solving skills.
- Openness to international travel as project needs arise.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, show initiative, and navigate ambiguous situations with commercial awareness.
- Proficient in using Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

- Knowledge of Korean or another major language is advantageous.
