Kyndryl is seeking a Customer Partner to revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability by building trusted relationships with top-level executives. This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, minimizing renewal erosion, and expanding existing work into new capabilities and larger scopes.
What You'll Do

- Execute all aspects from prospecting to closing deals
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
- Generate new opportunities and expand existing work
- Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
- Pursue and close new deals in collaboration with partners
- Stay ahead of external best practices and industry trends
- Ensure customer satisfaction and customer success
- Ensure account compliance and maintain a stellar reputation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience running account in MEA region
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- 10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end in MEA region
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions
