About the Role

Kyndryl is seeking a Customer Partner to revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability by building trusted relationships with top-level executives. This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, minimizing renewal erosion, and expanding existing work into new capabilities and larger scopes.

What You'll Do

  • Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
  • Build trusted relationships with top-level executives
  • Drive proactive account growth
  • Sell new offerings and minimize erosion in renewals
  • Develop and execute account strategies
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Deliver tailor-made solutions to meet unique customer needs
  • Collaborate with other sales team members for seamless account management
  • Execute all aspects from prospecting to closing deals
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
  • Generate new opportunities and expand existing work
  • Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
  • Pursue and close new deals in collaboration with partners
  • Stay ahead of external best practices and industry trends
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and customer success
  • Ensure account compliance and maintain a stellar reputation

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience running account in MEA region
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • 10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end in MEA region
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
  • Sales experience in technical solutions
