Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions to account, order, and billing inquiries from sales teams
- Manage large volumes of internal account-related operations
- Handle subscription order processing
- Set up and activate customer accounts
- Oversee invoice handling and related tasks
- Follow up on failed payments and coordinate collections
- Process renewals that lack active management
- Advocate for customer needs within the team, highlighting areas for service enhancement
- Collaborate with peers, team leads, and managers to exchange best practices and support ongoing improvements
- Attend daily standups, regular team meetings, and knowledge-sharing activities
- Create and maintain internal support resources such as Confluence pages, instructional videos, tutorials, workflows, and best practices for customer support and training
