Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for a set of clients, including rule configuration, process handling, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and product support.
- Develop automated reports on financials, sales performance, and incentive compensation to enhance process efficiency and business transparency.
- Assist in design initiatives involving data analysis, financial modeling, project planning, client workshops, and presenting actionable insights.
- Spot opportunities to enhance client workflows, such as process execution, data verification, and dashboard management, and test new methods to optimize performance.
- Roll out new platform capabilities within assigned client accounts to drive automation and continuous operational improvements.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with key client contacts to ensure full realization of platform benefits.
- Collaborate with the Product team to convey client feedback and help shape future feature development.
- Partner with Engineering to deploy and integrate new platform functionalities for client accounts, supporting ongoing optimization.

- Support design projects including analysis, financial modelling, project planning, customer workshops, and presentation/recommendation of findings
- Identify potential opportunities for process improvement in client processes (e.g., process execution, data validation, dashboard updates). Explore new techniques, working models to improve design and improve processes.
- Implement new platform features within your customer portfolio to support continuous improvement and automation
- Build strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring our clients realize the full value of the platform
- Work with the Product team to articulate customer feedback and support the development of new product features
