About the Role

This role is responsible for leading the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely implementation, effective training, and strong adoption of the platform. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and set clients up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients
  • Develop and maintain personalized onboarding plans
  • Conduct training sessions for administrators and staff
  • Monitor client progress against implementation milestones
  • Address client questions and resolve onboarding obstacles
  • Coordinate with product and support teams for issue resolution
  • Ensure data migration and system setup are completed accurately
  • Deliver best practice guidance during initial implementation
  • Track and report on onboarding KPIs and timelines
  • Identify client needs and tailor onboarding approach accordingly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
  • Support the creation of onboarding resources and documentation
  • Gather client feedback to improve onboarding processes
  • Facilitate smooth handoff to ongoing customer success teams
  • Promote early adoption of key platform functionalities
  • Manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure clarity and progress
  • Escalate technical or account-specific issues when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols
  • Adapt onboarding strategy based on client size and complexity
  • Use CRM tools to log interactions and track progress
  • Drive high client satisfaction during the initial engagement phase
  • Support the onboarding of district-level and multi-site clients
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth transition from contract to implementation
  • Maintain consistency in onboarding delivery across client segments
