Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of the Work Innovation Awards, from program launch to winner integration in go-to-market initiatives, including managing nominations, judging, and creating multi-channel content assets.
- Build and manage a system to match customer advocates with marketing and sales needs based on role, use case, and journey stage, enabling scalable, trackable advocacy programs.
- Establish structured processes to connect customer advocates with cross-functional teams, ensuring visibility and integration with marketing operations for measurable impact.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and marketing, identifying ideal participants for campaigns and translating customer success into diverse content formats.
- Develop compelling customer stories, case studies, and media assets that highlight impactful product use across industries and buyer journeys.
- Oversee customer speaker selection and content development for flagship events, ensuring sessions are customer-centric and aligned with product messaging in collaboration with product marketing.

Compensation
For this position, the expected base salary ranges from $150,000 to $165,000. Final salary will vary based on market conditions and individual qualifications assessed during hiring. The range is subject to change. Total compensation may include equity, incentive pay, and benefits.
