Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing B2B and B2C strategies to drive crypto business growth, strengthen market position, and boost user acquisition across crypto-focused brands and regions.
- Improve conversion pathways from wallet setup to initial deposit, first bet placement, and ongoing engagement.
- Lead data-driven marketing initiatives through affiliate networks, influencer collaborations, paid advertising, and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with CRM teams to develop targeted lifecycle campaigns tailored to crypto users, including VIP programs, reload incentives, and retention efforts.
- Evaluate and deploy new customer acquisition channels suited to crypto-native audiences.
- Serve as the primary commercial liaison connecting Marketing, Product, Payments, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Deliver actionable business insights on crypto payment user experience, bonus structures, promotional offers, and product roadmap decisions affecting revenue.
- Track emerging industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes to proactively identify potential opportunities and threats.
