- Type 40+ wpm with 99% accuracy!

- Are a quick learner – our agents serve multiple clients, with evolving policies and procedures.
- Take ownership in solving problems.
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using the Google Workspace suite.
- Read, comprehend, and write in English.

Additional Information
- This is not a remote position; our entire team works in the office!
- Shift Options: Saturday to Tuesday, 7am – 6pm
- Shift Options: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 11pm
