Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to provide technical guidance during pre-sales activities.
- Deliver customized product demos, proof-of-concepts, and security evaluations based on client requirements.
- Address client security, compliance (including GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2), and risk management concerns to advance sales cycles.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Evaluate client security infrastructures and advise on optimal AI-based security deployment practices.
- Assist in designing incident response plans and help build scalable security tools, processes, and documentation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
- Produce educational content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog articles on AI in cybersecurity.
- Channel customer insights to shape product development and roadmap improvements.
- Coordinate across all internal teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
- Share frontline market intelligence to enhance go-to-market strategies and operational efficiency.
- Work alongside marketing and engineering teams to maintain consistent technical messaging.
- Maintain advanced expertise in Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure platforms to support integrated managed detection and response solutions.
