Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong initiative and accountability by proactively addressing challenges, supporting team goals, and stepping in where needed without explicit direction.
  • Deliver advanced technical expertise to clients and internal sales teams, helping them understand product capabilities and aligning solutions with specific business requirements.
  • Design and lead technical presentations, proof-of-concept projects, and interactive workshops that highlight product value and address real-world client problems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support sales cycles, including technical assessments, solution scoping, and crafting technically sound proposals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client technical leaders, acting as a strategic advisor by understanding their goals and recommending suitable technology solutions.
  • Monitor advancements in technology, industry shifts, and competitor activity to inform product positioning and uncover opportunities for innovation.
  • Strengthen the technical proficiency of field teams by providing training, resources, and ongoing support to improve customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
