Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of new customers with emphasis on optimal environment configuration, adoption, and long-term independence.
- Coach business teams, data engineers, and developers using methods adapted to their technical proficiency and workflow needs.
- Establish a clear deployment roadmap by proactively assessing business objectives and motivations behind product adoption.
- Advise on effective application and BI development using proven methodologies and design patterns.
- Support setup of platform environments and configuration of data source connections.
- Share insights on product evolution and upcoming capabilities to align customer expectations.
- Assist in transitioning workflows from legacy systems to the current platform.
- Guide integration of analytics into existing business processes and operational tools.
- Provide direction on structuring and transforming data for optimal usability.
- Optimize system performance for faster query execution and user responsiveness.
- Support implementation of secure access controls, including identity management, organizational structure, and row-level permissions.
- Ensure customers commit to clear milestones by collaborating with sales and success teams.
- Own key implementation phases: internal handover, kickoff, training, coaching, first use case delivery, and transition to ongoing support.
- Facilitate communication between product, support, and sales teams to refine onboarding processes based on customer feedback.
- Identify and escalate potential obstacles, driving resolution to maintain deployment momentum.
- Capture and share learnings internally to strengthen team-wide expertise and consistency.
