Responsibilities
- Provide veterinary expertise in handling escalated customer health inquiries, collaborating closely with the veterinary nursing team.
- Keep the customer support knowledge base current with accurate information on products, nutrition, and pet health.
- Assist in training veterinary nurses and customer care staff on product-related, nutritional, and health topics.
- Work with teams across the organization to address health and nutrition-related initiatives.
- Support veterinary partnership managers by answering clinical and dietary questions from affiliated vets and breeders, and review response drafts prior to distribution.
- Take part in veterinary engagement activities such as educational sessions, networking events, and training programs.
- Promote a high-performing, growth-focused, and positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
