Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand custom recruitment methods for expert studies and both qualitative and quantitative research approaches; work closely with project stakeholders to select the most effective strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Operate with full proficiency across all recruitment platforms and systems, including MR System, Dotmailer, Call Center, LinkedIn, ClickSend, DNUK, Rekru, and Confirmit/Decipher.
- Participate in IKO and project-specific meetings with project managers and document key action points agreed upon.
- Develop tailored recruitment plans for assigned projects, prioritizing client requirements and objectives.
- Conduct custom recruitment to grow the global expert network through active client projects and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Focus on increasing the number of experts based in Germany and fluent in German to support present and upcoming client needs.
- Oversee all stages of the custom recruitment process across project types, ensuring delivery within set timelines and financial constraints.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams across qualitative, quantitative, and sales divisions to ensure alignment and efficiency.
