Responsibilities
- Coordinate across teams by triaging incoming requests and ensuring priorities are maintained in a fast-moving organization.
- Lead cross-functional projects from scoping and alignment through delivery, creating scalable processes.
- Apply a product builder approach by creating requirements briefs, prototypes, or SQL analyses to validate assumptions.
- Prepare leadership for decisive action by producing decision materials, pre-alignments, and follow-through structures that convert strategy into clear ownership and next steps.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a strategy and operations role at a technology company.
- Proven track record of independently driving cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery.
- Comfortable moving between operational detail and strategic framing, equally skilled at writing sharp requirements briefs and running stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Hands-on technical skills to build analytical models and ship lightweight prototypes without engineering support.
- Clear and direct communication in both English and German, written and spoken (C1/C2 in both).
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and working closely with senior leadership.
- Takes ownership seriously and holds self to high standards, ensuring excellent completion of tasks.
- Genuine interest in how AI is changing ways of working.
