Responsibilities
- Share leadership responsibilities with the commercial co-founder, ensuring technical initiatives support overall business objectives.
- Lead development efforts by designing and constructing the initial prototype of the robotics automation system.
- Establish long-term technical direction, including selection of technology stack, architecture design, and scalability planning.
- Drive research and development by tracking advancements in robotics, artificial intelligence, and automation technologies.
- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team through recruitment, guidance, and professional development.
- Convert market insights and user input into actionable technical specifications for product development.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence emphasizing code integrity, accountability, fast iteration, and strong delivery performance.
- Design and implement secure development workflows, including CI/CD systems and data protection protocols.
