  • Support the definition of quality benchmarks and installation standards
  • Ensure consistent daily productivity across all CSA workstreams
  • Develop and manage short-term construction schedules in line with the master programme

  • Keep a comprehensive site diary to record events, decisions, and actions
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical teams to maintain integrated workflows
  • Coordinate between different trades and supervisory staff to prevent conflicts and delays
  • Serve as the primary escalation point, taking ownership of issues and driving resolutions
  • Communicate regularly with clients and subcontractors to maintain progress across work fronts
  • Champion HSEQ standards through daily presence, inductions, and toolbox talks
  • Enforce compliance with safe work procedures, permits, and approved methods
  • Conduct daily site inspections using a proactive 'don’t walk by' approach
  • Maintain accurate records of checks, inspections, and compliance logs
  • Organize timely delivery and handling of materials and equipment
  • Oversee testing, inspections, and snagging in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans
  • Promote a culture of zero defects and thorough completion
  • Verify, document, and approve all client-supplied equipment
  • Confirm all systems are fully installed, tested, and formally certified

Benefits

  • Experience on a large-scale European data centre project
  • Support from a contractor that actively backs its field teams
  • Structured working environment with defined processes and expectations

  • Develop and manage short-term work plans aligned with the master schedule
  • Lead regular site meetings with subcontractors and ensure follow-through

  • Deliver accurate as-built drawings
  • Support the orderly demobilisation of site resources
