Responsibilities
- Evaluate civil, structural, and architectural design submissions for alignment with project criteria
- Facilitate coordination of design data among CSA, MEP, BIM, and external design teams
- Initiate, manage, and follow up on RFIs, technical queries, and clarification requests
- Ensure CSA design integration with MEP, fire protection, building envelope, and underground utility systems
- Take part in design coordination meetings, model evaluations, and clash resolution activities
- Assist in developing construction feasibility assessments and installation sequencing strategies
- Verify design compliance with safety, quality, and client expectations from concept through IFC stages
- Supervise daily site operations related to CSA disciplines, ensuring consistency with design and schedule
- Liaise with subcontractors for structural steel, concrete, architectural elements, and façade systems
- Track construction progress, installation quality, material specifications, and workmanship standards
- Perform routine site inspections and support QA/QC teams in compliance verification
- Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration between CSA and mechanical/electrical systems
- Assist the Temporary Works Coordinator in review, approval, and validation processes
- Monitor design changes, variations, and emerging risks; escalate issues when necessary
- Proactively support resolution of on-site challenges to prevent delays or rework
- Ensure all CSA construction activities meet specified requirements, industry codes, and client expectations
- Support commissioning and pre-handover preparations for CSA-related systems
- Review as-built drawings, operation and maintenance documentation, and subcontractor certifications
- Confirm completion of redline markups, quality records, and test documentation before handover
- Assist in resolving punch list items, defects, and quality findings
- Examine and approve final as-built documentation
- Maintain accurate updates to health and safety files and project handover deliverables
- Participate in post-project review sessions to identify improvements for future work
