Responsibilities
- Cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.

- Facilitate the onboarding and integration of new employees into project processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, consultants, and contractors.
- Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication.
- Assist in resolving disputes and offer practical, solution-oriented advice.
- Oversee structured communications such as progress meetings, reporting, and documentation.
- Evaluate and challenge project scopes, budget assumptions, and cost outputs, exploring innovative methods to maximize value.
- Create comprehensive cost reporting frameworks and robust control systems.
- Serve as Commission Manager, managing the full cost management lifecycle for large or multiple industrial projects.
- Lead estimating and cost-planning activities, including ownership of final cost plans.
- Prepare and deliver monthly post-contract cost reports to senior stakeholders.
- Drive value engineering and life cycle costing exercises tailored to manufacturing settings.
- Implement integrated controls across schedule, cost, risk, and change management.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract administration in partnership with commercial and procurement teams.
- Ensure adherence to internal risk procedures, client care processes, and contract databases.
- Coordinate with finance teams to align billing cycles with project milestones and client requirements.
