Responsibilities
- Design and improve Crystal Reports within a TRIRIGA 10 platform
- Build and refine on-demand queries in TRIRIGA 10
- Optimize performance of Crystal Reports and TRIRIGA 10 ad-hoc query functions
- Detect system performance constraints in TRIRIGA 10 by reviewing AWR reports, application logs, and system usage metrics
- Develop SQL scripts for segment compression, index creation, instance data updates, and data extraction in TRIRIGA 10
- Share expertise with IT personnel on managing and supporting SAP Crystal Reports, Business Objects Enterprise, and BIRT tools
- Administer and maintain the Business Objects Enterprise system
- Deliver periodic status updates on a weekly and monthly basis
