Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of B2B and B2C strategies to advance cryptocurrency business growth and market presence.
- Improve user journey conversion from wallet setup to initial and recurring bets.
- Lead marketing efforts focused on performance, using affiliate networks, influencers, paid advertising, and strategic alliances.
- Work with CRM teams to design and implement targeted campaigns for crypto users, including VIP programs and retention incentives.
- Explore and deploy new customer acquisition channels tailored to crypto-savvy audiences.
- Serve as the main commercial liaison across Marketing, Product, Payments, Risk, and Compliance departments.
- Provide business-focused feedback on cryptocurrency payment user experience, bonus structures, and revenue-impacting product decisions.
- Track market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes to uncover potential opportunities and threats.
