Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries about cruise options, itineraries, and pricing
- Provide detailed information on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and onboard amenities
- Assist in booking cabins, excursions, and add-on services
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation details
- Coordinate with cruise operators to confirm availability and special requests
- Address customer concerns and resolve booking issues promptly
- Stay updated on cruise industry trends, new routes, and promotional offers
- Customize travel plans based on client preferences and budgets
- Process payments and manage documentation for bookings
- Follow up with clients pre-departure and post-cruise for feedback
- Uphold company policies and service standards in all client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes
- Meet performance targets for response time and customer satisfaction
- Use customer relationship management tools to track interactions
- Educate clients on travel insurance, visa requirements, and health protocols
- Support marketing initiatives by sharing customer insights
- Attend training sessions on new cruise products and booking systems
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and industry guidelines
- Manage high volumes of inquiries during peak seasons
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications
