- Assist in resolving client issues during travel
- Provide recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Update internal systems with booking details and changes
- Monitor cruise schedules and port availability
- Support marketing initiatives with destination insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Handle cancellations, refunds, and rebooking requests
- Liaise with operations teams for seamless service delivery
- Track travel advisories and safety updates for the region
- Deliver pre-departure briefings to travelers
- Maintain records of client preferences and history
