About the Role
The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end optimization of the customer journey, focusing on email lifecycle campaigns and website conversion improvements. This role requires a mix of analytical rigor, copywriting skill, and technical know-how to drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute A/B tests across landing pages, checkout flows, and email campaigns
- Analyze user behavior to identify friction points in the customer journey
- Develop high-performing email sequences for onboarding, retention, and reactivation
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement test variations
- Monitor key performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Use data insights to refine messaging, timing, and segmentation strategies
- Maintain a testing roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Optimize email deliverability and list hygiene practices
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and brand guidelines
- Work closely with product and content teams to align messaging
- Identify opportunities to improve site UX based on heatmaps and session recordings
- Manage subject line testing and preheader text optimization
- Develop dynamic content blocks for personalized email experiences
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to extract actionable learnings
