Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM project execution, managing multiple major or minor initiatives from start to deployment.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with defined scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Deliver regular updates on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and unresolved issues.
- Apply creative and analytical thinking in solving challenges while collaborating across commercial regions.
- Support the development of CRM strategies, best practices, templates, policies, and tools for organizational growth.
- Oversee Central CRM Services to maximize service quality and business value.
- Manage CRM content templates to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Handle internal and external service-related communications.
- Coordinate CRM training programs and track incident reporting.
- Design email campaigns and landing pages to support CRM initiatives.
- Supervise team members and contribute to team development and performance.
