Design and code responsive email templates from the ground up using advanced HTML and CSS, ensuring compatibility across diverse email clients and mobile devices while prioritizing performance.
Set up and deploy high-volume email and push campaigns in CRM platforms such as Braze and Simon Data, following defined audience segments, timing, and targeting rules.
Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on campaign elements including creative, copy, audience segmentation, and email code to ensure accuracy and brand alignment before launch.
Support content creation by writing or refining copy for regional and partner marketing initiatives.
Assist in planning and running A/B tests, from configuration through monitoring and data collection, to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams such as regional marketing, design, translation, data, and technology to collect assets and align on campaign goals.
Help manage and troubleshoot CRM tools like Braze, Simon Data, and CMS platforms, supporting resolution of technical or operational issues.
Support performance tracking by collecting campaign metrics and performing preliminary analysis to guide future decisions.
Follow established CRM workflows and best practices, while suggesting improvements for greater efficiency and reliability.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Braze and Simon Data is advantageous.
