Responsibilities

  • Track daily customer actions, deposit patterns, and key performance indicators
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns across customer lifecycle stages such as onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and churn reduction
  • Assist in managing high-value customer segments with tailored communications, special offers, and coordination with dedicated support teams
  • Examine customer behavior data to define audience segments and ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory requirements through collaboration with compliance specialists
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, from deployment to performance tracking
  • Define campaign rules and execute technical rollouts using CRM and campaign automation platforms
  • Generate regular reporting for leadership and commercial teams, including daily and monthly summaries
  • Run A/B tests on messaging and delivery channels to improve campaign outcomes
  • Administer promotional structures and bonus systems for customer incentives
