Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic liaison to sales leadership, marketing, and regional sales units
- Take ownership of CRM-managed business workflows and act as the main business super user for the system
- Collect, evaluate, rank, and convert business needs into executable projects
- Discover ways to enhance sales and marketing operations using data analysis and input from users
- Work together to define and refine the marketing and sales funnel stages and pipeline structure
- Support the development of the CRM roadmap and assist in prioritizing initiatives with the CRM System Owner
- Evaluate new CRM features, validate functionality, and support deployment and user adoption
- Develop and deliver training programs and provide continuous user support, including onboarding for new hires
- Track CRM usage rates, data accuracy, and adherence to established business procedures
- Design, generate, and manage reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for sales and marketing departments
