As a Criminal Law Specialist (m/f/diverse), you will play a key role in strengthening our global compliance framework, ensuring integrity, trust, and legal certainty across all business areas worldwide. Your Key Responsibilities: Criminal Law & Compliance Expertise - Act as the central expert for all criminal law–related matters and advise the business on appropriate responses - Continuously develop and improve the global Compliance Management System with a focus on criminal law - Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical compliance improvements - Drive global compliance initiatives, including policies, training, communication, and integrity culture - Support continuous compliance risk analysis and early detection mechanisms in close cooperation with relevant functions - Build and maintain a strong global compliance network and collaborate closely with the Compliance Central Team Compliance Case Management - Design and operate an effective, independent, and confidential compliance case management system - Act as the key driver in assessing, prioritizing, and assigning incoming reports to the appropriate investigators - Oversee ongoing investigations and evaluate outcomes and lessons learned - Strengthen awareness and trust in the global whistleblowing system through training and communication - Prepare case statistics, trend analyses, and management reporting - Define and enforce appropriate measures in case of confirmed violations - Functionally lead the Compliance Case Management team and coordinate key stakeholders worldwide
