Responsibilities
- Engage and moderate creator communities across digital platforms including WhatsApp, Discord, and Facebook Groups.
- Respond promptly to creator questions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Serve as a supportive advisor by guiding creators with content feedback and encouragement.
- Track emerging content trends and assess community engagement and brand perception.
- Develop and sustain meaningful connections with up-and-coming creators showing strong potential.
