Requirements
- 5+ years in creative strategy, paid media, or a hybrid role — with a meaningful portion focused on YouTube advertising
- Demonstrated track record of developing creative that drives measurable performance on YouTube, Meta, or both
- Experience writing ad scripts, creative briefs, and testing hypotheses — not just managing others who do
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with ad manager dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing digital products (apps, SaaS, subscriptions, or online courses)
- Familiarity with B2C and B2B audiences; experience reaching leaders, HR professionals, or enterprise buyers
- Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies without losing strategic control
