Responsibilities
- You will own advertising creative for our paid acquisition machine. This means developing, producing, and optimizing the ads that fuel customer acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and future channels.
- Rather than running campaigns (that's the Performance Marketing Lead's role), you'll own the creative strategy and production that makes those campaigns effective. You'll study customers to understand what messaging resonates. You'll develop creative concepts grounded in customer insight. You'll produce a steady pipeline of high-quality creative for testing.
- Most importantly, you'll build a system where every piece of creative teaches the organization something. You'll analyze performance, identify winners, document learnings, and create playbooks so future creative is smarter than the last.
- This is a hands-on role. You'll be directly involved in creative development, writing briefs, directing production, analyzing performance, and communicating insights. You'll work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead to understand testing priorities, ensure alignment, and learn what's working.
- The goal is to build a creative operation that becomes progressively more effective over time—producing stronger ideas faster, learning from every test, and building a lasting competitive advantage through systematic creative intelligence.
