Responsibilities
- Set the craft bar by acting as the creative quality gate and coaching designers to improve their work.
- Own brand and digital design, leading campaigns, web experiences, and digital touchpoints.
- Evolve the brand system into new territories including toolkits, events, presentations, and environmental design.
- Build system-level projects such as design guidelines, campaign toolkits, presentation systems, and office design language.
- Direct and develop the team through art direction that improves designers’ craft and independence.
- Provide specific and teachable feedback to help designers diagnose their own work.
- Partner with product marketing, demand gen, and field marketing to shape campaigns and translate briefs into creative work.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio in brand, digital, and campaign work.
- Experience leading creative teams.
- Proven experience working on brand systems at scale.
- Essential web and digital design depth — not just visual design applied to screens.
- Exceptional design craft with deep knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to articulate why design works or doesn’t, with judgment trusted by teams.
- Understanding of how brand systems function and how to extend identity across contexts while maintaining recognition.
- Strong web design sensibility with genuine understanding of digital experiences, responsive thinking, interaction awareness, and content hierarchy for web.
- Leadership through craft — mentoring designers and improving their visible output through coaching.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
