Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Creative Conceptor to drive the ideation and execution of impactful brand campaigns across digital channels. You will shape messaging that is both elevated and accessible, balancing creative freedom with scientific accuracy, while collaborating across teams and external partners to bring bold ideas to life.
What You'll Do
- Concept and pitch innovative brand campaign ideas based on strategic briefs.
- Develop and execute compelling copy that translates science-heavy content into relatable messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Growth, Retention, Product, Regulatory) to align messaging with campaign goals and compliance standards.
- Lead creative execution in partnership with internal designers and external agencies.
- Present ideas confidently, integrate stakeholder feedback, and drive final campaign approvals.
- Maintain brand tone and voice across all digital marketing channels.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with flexibility and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in digital copywriting.
- Proven track record in campaign concepting and execution for eCommerce brands.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Google Suite, and Asana.
- Strong ability to transform technical or scientific content into consumer-friendly copy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working within brand and regulatory guidelines while thinking creatively.
Nice to Have
- Preferably experience in DTC or Health & Wellness sectors.

- Compensation: $125,000–$145,000 USD annually.
