DevRev is hiring a Creative & Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding brand and campaign work
• Design across the full range of creative studio output with consistent excellence regardless of medium or deadline
• Own art direction on projects
• Develop the visual approach, present it with conviction, and push it to a level that surprises people
• Ensure creative judgment is the reason projects succeed
• Raise the quality bar by producing work that influences other designers
• Work across every touchpoint including brand campaigns, web pages, sales decks, event signage, social content, and presentation templates
• Bring the same quality to all deliverables and enjoy variety in work

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating range and craft across brand, digital, and print
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, and composition
• Deep typographic sensibility
• Strong compositional instinct
• An eye for detail that extends to final production
• Creative confidence to develop and defend creative direction
• Ability to present work with clarity and conviction
• Understanding of how brand systems work
• Ability to extend an identity into a new context naturally
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Apple Keynote and Google Slides proficiency

Nice to Have

• Motion design (After Effects) is a bonus
• Knowledge of the difference between being on-brand and being safe
