Responsibilities
- Record and verify financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and perform regular reconciliations.
- Oversee and reconcile accounts involving multiple currencies to ensure accuracy.
- Process and reconcile payments and fees through Stripe, including payout tracking.
- Generate, review, and audit job costing reports to assess financial accuracy and project profitability.
- Examine and correct past accounting entries to improve data integrity.
- Ensure books remain accurate and well-maintained in QuickBooks Online.
