Responsibilities
- Lead cost management services across major civil infrastructure projects, acting as Project Director or senior commercial lead.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight, ensuring high-quality outcomes across multidisciplinary projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for repeat and new business.
- Drive project delivery excellence, including commercial performance, risk management, and governance.
- Lead and contribute to business development, including proposals, client presentations, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Gain the opportunity to mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing national team.
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives for the Cost Management business.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in cost management for civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to lead complex cost management services and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Experience acting as Project Director or senior commercial lead on major infrastructure projects.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on being a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated leadership in project delivery, including commercial performance, risk management, and governance.
- Experience in business development, including proposals, client presentations, and capture planning.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members within a national, multidisciplinary environment.
