Responsibilities
- Partner with internal groups and stakeholders to collect, process, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Engage with teams to assess data requirements and deliver actionable intelligence for construction project oversight and strategic decisions.
- Design and manage data models, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively to internal users and stakeholders.
- Conduct benchmarking, trend analysis, and growth projections to support planning and performance tracking.
- Evaluate project cost patterns, flag risks, and propose process enhancements using analytical software and automation techniques.
- Build and apply statistical models to forecast project results, uncover trends, and improve construction workflows.
- Maintain data accuracy and reliability through routine quality audits and adherence to data governance standards.
- Detect opportunities for operational improvements and suggest data-backed solutions to increase project efficiency.
- Deliver training and assistance to users on new reporting tools, dashboards, and data platforms.
- Establish exception reporting by analyzing extracted data to detect inconsistencies and ensure timely updates for data integrity.
- Develop and manage a detailed FAQ database by reviewing frequent user questions to inform chatbot design and improvements.
- Carry out data analysis and benchmarking by gathering, organizing, and comparing datasets to produce performance indicators and reporting insights.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, offering guidance to strengthen their technical abilities and job performance.
- Comply with SOX control procedures where applicable as part of role responsibilities.
