Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the workforce identity platform using Okta, covering single sign-on integrations, multi-factor authentication policies, user lifecycle processes, and directory provisioning or deactivation
- Lead the unified endpoint management program via Jamf for macOS and iOS devices and Microsoft Intune for Windows, handling device enrollment, configuration, compliance enforcement, and software patching
- Oversee organizational administration of Google Workspace, including user accounts, group settings, Drive security configurations, Meet hardware setup, and regular audit log analysis
- Work closely with infrastructure and security operations teams to diagnose and resolve network problems impacting corporate users in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Enforce endpoint security baselines in alignment with internal policies and external standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition and setup to deployment and secure retirement
- Conduct security and IT onboarding sessions for new hires and maintain up-to-date documentation for operational procedures and system configurations
- Collect and organize compliance evidence for audits related to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST CSF, and assist with digital forensics investigations as needed
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve service tickets with strong accountability, identifying patterns to implement long-term solutions
- Support the expansion of the security program by contributing to broader initiatives as the team grows
