Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and early-career graduates, aligning hiring managers with qualified applicants.
- Identify and engage promising talent through job platforms, university partnerships, and social networks.
- Assist in marketing and promoting internship and entry-level positions to attract strong applicants.
- Help shape and refine recruitment strategies and operational workflows.
- Partner with Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure cohesive hiring efforts.
